TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Promotion Duration & Mission Qualifying Period: 01/05/2025 00:00 GMT – 31/05/2025 23:59 GMT, daily 00:00 GMT – 23:59 GMT.
2. Greenwich Mean Time (GMT/UTC) applies to all times stated.
3. To participate in this Promotion, players must opt in via the poker software once for the Promotion Duration.
4. The random rewards are available from 01/05/2025 00:00 GMT – 08/06/2025 00:00 GMT.
5. Scratch cards expire 7 days after having been issued.
6. “EXL €250 Ticket May25”, “EXL €25 Ticket May25” and “EXL €0.5 Ticket May25” entry tickets are only valid in “EXL” tournaments during the €10,000,000 GTD Elite Series XL: Spring Showdown (running from 04/05/2025 – 10/06/2025) and expire 2 months after having been issued.
7. Players can only complete each mission once per day during the Promotion Duration.
8. Maximum amount of scratch cards issued for completing the daily mission: 1 per player per day.
9. Scratch cards, “EXL €250 Ticket May25”, “EXL €25 Ticket May25” and “EXL €0.5 Ticket May25” entry tickets and tournament money are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash.
10. Tournament Money can only be used for tournament buy-ins in network currency € and does not expire.
11. Players can use tournament money to register for any tournament that accepts cash registration. When registering for a tournament, if a player has tournament money, it will be used instead of their real cash balance, provided there is no higher-priority acceptable buy-in method available, such as iPoints or tournament tickets.
12. Tournament money can be combined with the player’s real money.
13. If a player does not have enough tournament money to cover the full registration fee, the system will use the available tournament money and cover the remainder with the player’s real cash.
14. Tournament money can only be combined with real cash and cannot be used in combination with tournament tickets or iPoints.
15. Tournament money cannot be withdrawn. It can only be used within the poker applications.
16. If a tournament is cancelled or interrupted, RedStar will return the buy in or the network tickets to the players and they will be able to register for the next available event. RedStar will not offer any additional compensation to the players if the event is cancelled or interrupted, unless otherwise agreed between the parties.
17. We are not responsible for any adverse effects any participants experience throughout the use of their prize.
18. RedStar Administration and iPoker Network reserve the right to amend or cancel this Promotion or amend these terms: (i) without notice if the change or cancellation is a result of any legal or regulatory change; or (ii) for any other valid reason by giving you notice in advance of the change, provided that such change or amendment shall not have a detrimental effect on players that have already participated in missions pursuant to this Promotion.
19. Players may not create more than one account on RedStar poker room website for the purpose of entering the Promotion. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these Terms, we reserve the rights, at our sole discretion, to exclude a Player from participating in the Promotion or to refuse to award a Prize to a Player's account.
20. If such a breach occurs, the RedStar administration may, at its discretion, close all such a Player’s accounts.
21. In addition to these rules, all of the normal network rules and RedStar Terms & Conditions apply.
